Under no circumstances, should an individual be provided or receive a means to a wrongful or improper gain, and automated anti-corruption legal compliance should be implemented through monitoring and policing procedures. - Disclosure of Information

Ethical Management Practice
SIMMTECH upholds its core value of integrity, promoting fair competition, and actively strives to foster a sustainable corporate culture.
- Compliance with Relevant Regulations and Laws : We strive to prevent corruption through compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Anti-Graft Law, Prevention of Unfair Competition Act, Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, and Subcontract Act.
- Ethical Management Monitoring: We monitor corruption through 'SIMMTECH Self-Diagnosis of Ethical Management Integrity' for all employees anuually.
- Education Programs : Regarding compliance with fair trade laws and regulations, we conduct regular fair trade training for employees in areas where there is a high probability of violating related laws and regulations, and aim to conduct fair competition.

Anti-Corruption Program(Anti-Fraud Manual)
Our audit team operates the Anti-Fraud Manual (AFM), a program to prevent fraudulent and corrupt activities to maintain the company's ethical management and fair trading environment.
AFM (Anti-Fraud Management) is a proactive system designed to prevent or identify fraudulent and corrupt activities in advance. It involves conducting regular special audits in randomly selected areas every quarter, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of employees' ethics and morality. -

- In order to improve the ethical management system, regulations and rules were enacted and revised to strengthen the foundation.
- - Revised the ethical management regulations and enacted the 'Ethical Management Behavior Guidelines', which set details for implementing them.
- - Handled violation of the 'Ethical Management Regulations' in accordance with the principle of zero tolerance.
- - Organized and operated an 'Ethical Management Committee' involving management in order to clarify the subject and role of ethical management.
- - The 'Ethical Management Committee' deliberates and decides on matters related to ethical management in a neutral position every quarter without external interference every quarter.
- - Established and shared the 'Operation Regulations for Ethical Management of Partner Companies' so that suppliers can also practice ethical management.
- - For the anonymity and protection of whistleblower, the 'Regulations for the Operation of the Internal Information (Protection) System' have been revised and implemented.
