Today, let's think about what a growth of a company means.
Usually, we tend to think that our company is growing when the economy is in good shape and there is an increase in both revenue and profit. Yet, the true growth actually means when we grow steadily while our competitors are struggling in a downturn market, or when our growth rate surpasses others’ in an upturn market. In other words, growth means making sustainable profit regardless of the market’s condition.
If I were to name the most important driving force for the real growth, it would be ‘teamwork.’ There are many cases where the organization’s teamwork is strong for good companies. Followers in such companies acknowledge their leader's ability, understand the leader’s weaknesses, and encourage his solitary decisions.
That maximizes the synergy effect of the organization. The leader in such organization evaluates the followers’ business abilities, not their personalities, and leads the strong team with his modest leadership, just like how Jesus washed the apostles' feet. If they can communicate with one another and build trust, they can go through any hardship with integrated power of the individuals, like how the light converged through convex lens can burn a piece of paper.
It is undoubtable that such company can see the real growth.
The core of teamwork is trust, and as I mentioned before, trust grows in mutual relations like a tree. That is why the importance of followership is emphasized more than leadership in strong organizations.
It is true that IT business had a little depression in June and July. There are many analyses, but it is convincible to say that the inventory is over the optimal level. Also, the opinion that this business adjustment will be short-term is convincing.
What I believe is important is that our teamwork can gather everyone’s ability and turn it into tremendous energy, which can sustainably grow SIMMTECH despite the market’s condition, just like the light can burn paper through convex lens.
Great followers make great leader.
By doing our best to upgrade the teamwork in which we serve each other, why don't we make SIMMTECH much stronger?
