Pursuant to Article 10 of the Act on the External Audit of Stock Companies, etc., the Company announces that it has concluded and appointed an external audit contract for the 7th to 9th business years (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023) with "Shinhan Accounting Corporation", which obtained the final approval of the audit after passing the Audit Appointment Committee.
